Typical Standard rate shipping is 5-7 business days. Different lines use a number of different carriers that based on location and product are chosen based on which is believed to best bring your new home addition to you in one piece. Custom items, large items and large quantity can delay the the time further.
In the rarity a item come in damaged after the shipping process, please use our contact form including:
- Picture of damage
- Sale receipt/order number
- A good email to contact you back with
Returns Policy
At Kellys Home, customer satisfaction is our top priority. For most products purchased on our website, we offer a hassle-free return process within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the item is in new, uninstalled condition and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please click here to find your order and follow the instructions. Once your return request is approved, you can download your shipping labels or receive them via email. Simply print the labels, attach them to the package, and drop it off at your local mailing store.
Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been inspected. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. Additionally, expedited shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
Exceptions: We are unable to accept returns for certain items including:
- Products labeled as non-returnable on the Product Details Page
- Installed or assembled products
- Items not in their original condition and packaging
- Products with unwrapped crystals
- Opened bedding or linens, even if washed
- Made-to-Order, Custom, or Special Order items
- Light bulbs
- Orders of 6 or more of the same product
- Open-Box items or Clearance merchandise
Prior to ordering large quantities or custom products, we recommend requesting material, finish samples or a down rod (with the finish of the fan) for your peace of mind,;;p.
Please note that returns totaling more than $5,000 may incur restocking fees. In certain circumstances, refunds may be issued in the form of store credit.
Canadian Orders: Returns from Canada will have shipping, taxes, and customs duties deducted from the refund. For an estimated cost, please contact customer service.

Please note that Kelly's Home cannot ship any merchandise to PO Box addresses.
Standard Ground Shipping - Small Parcel UPS and FedEx Items
Receive complimentary SHIPPING on orders over $45.00 within the 48 contiguous United States.
For orders that are under $45.00, there is a standard processing and handling charge of $12.00.
Shipping fees are applicable for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada. To receive a shipping estimate for these locations, kindly reach out to us via phone or our contact form.
Shipping Lead Times
Lead times on product pages are estimates based on current stock availability. For time-sensitive purchases, contact us to check options.
Please note that estimated shipping dates are subject to change. In the event there is an update to your shipping date, you will receive an order status email. As Kelly's Home assumes no responsibility for costs incurred for installation and/or assembly, we strongly recommend not scheduling any professional services until your order has arrived and been inspected by the customer.
Change of Address
We acknowledge your need to adjust the delivery address for your order. Despite our willingness to help with this change, we cannot ensure its success. Some scenarios, such as the order already being shipped, may impede the successful update of the delivery address.
When changing addresses and concerned about delivery timing, please get in touch via our 'Contact Us' form. It's advisable to do so before proceeding with checkout.
Please be aware that Kelly's Home will not be held liable for any lost products that were shipped to the original address provided if an address change cannot be accommodated after shipment.
Truck Freight - Large & Oversized Items
Select items are shipped using truck freight and come with a $119.00 surcharge per item. You can identify these items on the product pages.
Freight delivery is solely to curbside or driveway. The carrier for delivery is chosen by Kelly's Home, who will then set up a delivery time frame with you.
The customer must provide an accurate contact phone number for the delivery address. Failure to do so could lead to the carrier being unable to schedule delivery, resulting in the customer taking responsibility for any storage fees or freight charges back to the shipper.
When you receive your delivery, make sure to check for any visible damage and note it on the delivery receipt. It's important for you to record the condition of the delivery, not the driver.
Additional Information
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Orders cannot be fulfilled to a PO Box address. In certain scenarios, Kelly's Home can assist with missing shipments. However, once delivery has been confirmed, customer assumes responsibility for product.
